Website access and hosting
When you visit this website, the web server processes technical access data, particularly your IP address, date and time, requested page, browser information and error data. Inquiries and bookings
If you contact us by email, telephone or an inquiry or booking form, we process the contact, travel and message details you provide to answer your inquiry and prepare or perform a booking (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The forms are provided through Tourism Network, a product of fullmarketing.at GmbH, Grubhof 57, 5092 St. Martin bei Lofer, Austria. Data required to operate the forms and handle the inquiry is transmitted to that provider. Required form fields are marked as such. We retain correspondence and booking records for applicable statutory periods and as long as necessary to fulfil the contract or protect legal claims. Google reviews through Elfsight
Google reviews on the home page are embedded through Elfsight. The widget loads external content only after you agree to the “Preferences” category. Your IP address and browser data may then be transferred to Elfsight and other services needed to display the reviews. Elfsight also describes a cookie named elfsight_viewed_recently. Route planner
The arrival page shows a Tourism Network route planner with Esri map data. Loading the route planner and map tiles may transmit technical data, particularly your IP address and browser information, to these providers. If you enter a starting point or request a route, that information is processed to calculate it. Your current location is used only after you permit this in your browser. The basis for providing the requested route information is our legitimate interest in useful arrival directions (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); non-essential storage on your device requires consent. Recipients, international transfers and retention
Technical service providers receive personal data where necessary for hosting, maintenance or functions you use. External services may process data outside the European Economic Area. Please consult the linked provider notices for information on their safeguards. We erase or anonymise data when its purpose ends, unless statutory retention duties or legal claims require a longer period.
